Eligibility

The Constructor Technology InstructureCon 2026 Giveaway is open only to registered InstructureCon 2026 conference attendees who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and immediate family members of Constructor Technology AG are not eligible to participate.

Limit one entry per attendee and one entry per email address.

Prize

One eligible participant will receive:

• One (1) Meta Quest 3 virtual reality headset
• Approximate Retail Value: USD 350

The prize may not be exchanged for cash or transferred. No prize substitution is permitted except where Constructor Technology AG reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, local, or other taxes, fees, and expenses associated with accepting or using the prize.

Entry period

The Giveaway will take place during InstructureCon 2026 at the Kentucky International Convention Center, Louisville, Kentucky.

The entry period begins: July 21, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. EDT at Booth #63

and ends on: July 22, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. EDT. 

Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

To enter, an eligible attendee must visit the Constructor Tech booth and submit the required giveaway entry form. No purchase, payment, product demonstration, or other significant commitment is required.

Winner selection and notification

One potential winner will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

The drawing will take place at the Constructor Technology booth on: July 22, 2026, at 11:45 a.m. EDT at Booth #63.

The potential winner must be physically present at the Constructor Technology booth when the winner is announced and must present a valid conference badge and identification confirming eligibility.

If the selected participant is not present, does not respond when announced, cannot verify eligibility, or declines the prize, the participant will be disqualified and another potential winner may be selected through a new random drawing.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. All eligible entries have an equal chance of winning.
