2. About cookies

A cookie (also known as “Web cookie”, “HTTP Cookie”) is a tiny file saved on the user’s computer by the web browser while browsing a website. Typically, cookies are used to remember information or preferences, to track user’s browser activity, help to authenticate and other browser experience enhancements.

The law states that we can store cookies on your device if they are strictly necessary for the operation of the site or provided Service. We need your permission for all other types of cookies.

Our sites use different types of cookies. Some cookies are placed by third-party services that appear on our web pages.

This Policy explains how and what cookies are used by Constructor Technology when you visit our websites within the constructor.tech domain such as www.constructor.tech (“Sites”) or use our Systems and Solutions (“Platforms”).

Cookies set by Constructor Technology and its affiliates are called “first party cookies.” Cookies set by other parties are called “third-party cookies”. Third-party cookies enable Constructor Technology to provide third-party features or functionality through the Sites (such as interactive content, analytics and targeting adverts). Third-party cookies recognize your browser when you visit Constructor Technology Web Services and also when you visit certain other services and websites.

We only ever use this information in aggregate, and never associate it with any personal information that might identify you.

The cookies that we use include session cookies (current visit enhanced experience), which are deleted when you close your browser, and persistent cookies (for future visits enriched experience), which stay in your browser until they expire, or you delete them.

Constructor Technology also uses other types of data collection technology, such as web beacons (also called pixel tags or clear GIFs). A web beacon is a piece of computer code that enables Constructor Technology to monitor user activity and website traffic.

For general information about data collection technology, cookies, web beacons, and how to manage them, please visit the guidance on cookies published by the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at www.allaboutcookies.org or at www.aboutcookies.org

Please note that if you set your browser to disable cookies, you may not be able to access secure areas of this website, such as any online services that require registration.

Your consent is given/withdrawn in the cookies banner and applies to the domain where this cookies banner shows.

3. Cookies we use on our website

We may place cookies when you visit our Sites within the constructor.tech domain. Our services also include cookies from third parties that we partner with or which provide services to us. Our third party partners may use cookies or other technologies to learn more about your interest in their products and in some cases to tailor such products and services to you.

See the full list of our third-party sub-processors.

Please find below the lists of all cookies used by Constructor on our Services with a brief information of their type, purpose and their key attributes.

Constructor Technology usually sets strictly necessary cookies in response to your actions that amount to a request for Services, such as setting your privacy preferences, logging in, or filling in forms. You can set your browser to block or alert you about these cookies, but then some parts of the Site will not work.

c. Performance Cookies

Constructor aggregates all information these cookies collect, making it anonymous as a result. If you do not allow performance cookies, Constructor Technology will not know when you have visited the Sites, will not be able to monitor its performance, and as a result – Constructor Technology will not be able to improve the Sites’ services and make it more comfortable for use.

d. Targeting Cookies

Depending on the parts of the Sites you visit, Constructor Technology’s advertising and marketing partners may set these cookies. Constructor Technology’s advertising partners may use targeting cookies to build a profile of your interests and show you relevant adverts on the Sites. They use these cookies to uniquely identify your browser and internet device, which under certain privacy laws may amount to processing of personal data. If you do not allow targeting cookies, you will experience fewer targeted advertisements on the Sites.

The cookies simply assess how you interact with our website – as an anonymous user. The data gathered does not identify you personally.
