Overview

In this release, we localized the interface of exported SCORM packages and fixed issues across SCORM export, AI course generation, the course editor, the Content Library, course settings, enrollments, and scheduling.

We added the following feature:

What's new

Exported SCORM packages follow the course language

Exported SCORM packages now use the language of the course. The package includes the language setting, so buttons, warnings, and activity labels appear in that language when the package runs in an external LMS. If no course language is set, the package uses English.

Fixed issues

We have fixed the following issues:

SCORM export

• Exported SCORM packages now include complete package manifests, so host LMSs can load all required course files. Tracking IDs: LRN-21147
• Exported SCORM 1.2 packages now include the schema files they reference. Tracking IDs: LRN-21145
• Question and answer text that contains quotation marks is now exported without extra backslash characters. Tracking IDs: LRN-21281

AI course generation

• Passing scores set for generated courses are now applied correctly in the Learn content flow after publishing. Tracking IDs: LRN-21284
• The word counter now includes text inside bulleted lists. Tracking IDs: LRN-21266
• Generated video activities no longer show extra empty space in the learner view. Tracking IDs: LRN-21006
• Links to generated avatar clips are now added consistently. Tracking IDs: LRN-20748
• The agent no longer suggests actions that authors cannot complete in Prism. Tracking IDs: LRN-21146

Course editor and Content Library

• The Go to activity control now opens the selected activity instead of the Content Library root. Tracking IDs: LRN-20595
• Courses containing an image that failed to load can now be published. Tracking IDs: LRN-21197
• Draft content that existed before migration can now be published. Tracking IDs: LRN-21336
• Authors are now moved to the published version after clicking Publish changes when throttling applies. Tracking IDs: LRN-17524
• The Publish changes button in the Content Library no longer changes state when the coming soon flag is changed inside a course. Tracking IDs: LRN-20016
• New activities created next to another activity with the same name now receive automatic ordinal names instead of Untitled composition. Tracking IDs: LRN-19386
• Table of contents icons no longer shift position when authors switch between draft and published versions. Tracking IDs: LRN-19982
• The controls for moving between draft and published versions remain visible when the properties panel is scrolled. Tracking IDs: LRN-19919
• The composition name now appears in the preview of single-page compositions. Tracking IDs: LRN-20032
• The Last modified sort control now uses the correct sort icon. Tracking IDs: LRN-20125
• Opening a Content Library category now starts the page at the top. Tracking IDs: LRN-20386

• The preview section of the Content Library picker now uses the correct left padding. Tracking IDs: LRN-20984
• Items in the link paste menu are now highlighted on hover. Tracking IDs: LRN-17343
• PDFs whose file names contain apostrophes now open correctly instead of returning a 403 error. Tracking IDs: LRN-20656

Course settings, enrollments, and scheduling

• Removed instructors now disappear from course settings without requiring a page refresh. Tracking IDs: LRN-19978
• The Minimum Passing Score field in content flow no longer accepts negative values. Tracking IDs: LRN-17847
• The enrollments save button now remains inactive until a change is made. Tracking IDs: LRN-19128
• Courses configured as hidden are now marked as hidden in the enrollments data grid. Tracking IDs: LRN-19129
• The Scheduling table now includes column configuration and sorting. Tracking IDs: LRN-20095

Known issues

The AI authoring limitations described in the August 11, 2026 release notes still apply. The following issues remain open:

• Generation sources: AI course generation currently supports PDF files and web links only. The file picker can offer document formats the agent does not yet read. Support for DOCX and PPTX sources will be added in a later release. Tracking IDs: LRN-21391
• Unsupported source files: If an author adds a source file in an unsupported format, Prism discards it without showing an error message. Tracking IDs: LRN-20966
• Passing score and score weight after publishing to Learn: A course published to Learn can show incorrect passing score and score weight values. Tracking IDs: LRN-21030
• Publishing a course with an ungenerated quiz: A course can be published to Learn even if a quiz in that course has not been generated yet. Tracking IDs: LRN-21011
