Overview

In this release, we made the following updates:

• Updated Constructor Cloud experience
• User migration to Constructor Platform
• CampusNet integration improvements

We also fixed planning, reports, notifications, and synchronization.

What's new

Updated Constructor Cloud experience

Schedule now aligns more closely with the Constructor Cloud design system.

This update removes the standalone header in favor of the cloud shell, restyles modal dialogs, and updates tab components across Planning, Sketches, and Settings. The Excel upload modal has also been redesigned for a more consistent look, and a new listener improves term selection when Schedule is embedded in Constructor Cloud.

User migration to Constructor Platform

A new migration service now supports moving existing Constructor Schedule users to Constructor Platform.

The service checks each tenant's active users, creates matching platform accounts when needed, and links platform user IDs back to Schedule. If a user already exists on the platform, the system matches and updates that account automatically. This helps institutions move to the shared platform experience without recreating users manually.

CampusNet integration improvements

The CampusNet connector now uses clearer and more consistent field mapping rules.

Campus, building, classroom, and program codes now use single canonical sources. Instructor sourcing now uses ActorType filtering, learner identification uses MatriculationNumber, deleted rooms are excluded during synchronization, and email mapping uses the UniMail communication type. These changes improve data consistency for institutions that rely on CampusNet integration.

Fixed issues

We have addressed the following issues:

• Add Event filters: Manually added values now appear together with default values in Add Event filters.
• Panel page translations: Labels on the Panel page now appear in the correct language.
• Forgot Password validation: Entering an unregistered email in Forgot Password now shows the correct error message.
• Course Description character limit: Course Description now shows consistent maximum character limit information.
• Classroom listing in planning: Classroom lists now load correctly in affected planning scenarios.
• Make-up exam schedules: Make-up exam schedule generation and related data retrieval now work correctly.
• Solution downloads: Solutions now download correctly for copied periods and in affected exam period configurations.
• Supervisor assignment: Supervisors are now assigned correctly during exam scheduling.
• Different Day Activities and Non-Consecutive Activities pages: Both pages now load correctly.
• User login: Users can now sign in without application access errors.
• Data preparation errors: Unexpected errors during data preparation, including the reported issue at Dogus University, have been fixed.
• Program filters for program chairs: Programs now appear correctly in filters when faculty members are assigned as program chairs.
• Assign Classrooms to Unassigned Courses: The Assign Classrooms to Unassigned Courses button now works correctly.
• Schedule iframe in Constructor Cloud: Embedded Schedule no longer shows the "Some Error Happened" message in Constructor Cloud.
• Optimization progress: Scheduling solutions now continue correctly during optimization runs.
• User management filters: Filter design issues on the User management page have been fixed.
• Import pop-up design: Import pop-up fields now match the updated design.
• Sync job stability: Sync jobs no longer fail because of database corruption errors during processing.
• Planning page controls: The Clear button and sorting now work correctly on the Planning page.
• Pagination and sorting on planning-related pages: Pagination and column sorting now work correctly on the Classroom Priority and Course Hours and Classrooms pages.
• Filter Parameters label: A typo in Filter Parameters has been corrected.
• Email notifications: Email notifications are now sent correctly.
• OBS Data Format 3 import: Data import issues with OBS Data Format 3 have been fixed.
