Overview
In this release, we've added the following features:
- Faster learner application
- Live proctoring for 10,000 concurrent sessions
- Proctor activity reporting
We've also fixed issues affecting exam flows, LMS integrations, Secure Browser behavior, and AI alert accuracy.
What's new
Faster learner application
The learner exam application has been upgraded to a new version with significantly faster performance.
Starting a session and loading pages, which could previously take up to 20 seconds, now takes about 2 to 3 seconds.
Live proctoring for 10,000 concurrent sessions
Constructor Proctor now supports up to 10,000 concurrent live proctoring sessions (without an auxiliary camera).
Core infrastructure and database performance have been improved so messaging, session data, and reporting remain fast and reliable during peak exam periods.
Proctor activity reporting
Administrators can now access detailed login session reports that show each proctor's start and end times for every session, including multiple logins in a single day.
The report includes the proctor identifier, session start and end times, and calculated duration. This helps operations managers compare actual logged-in working time with planned schedules and verify staffing accuracy.
Fixes
We've fixed the following issues:
- The Constructor Proctor Moodle Plugin now works correctly on Moodle 3.10 and earlier.
- Learners are now redirected back to Moodle to review their results after finishing a proctored quiz.
- The AI alert system now correctly recognizes when only one person is present during ID verification.
- The Test taker replaced alert no longer appears when the same learner remains in the session.
