Wir haben außerdem Probleme behoben, die Einstellungen, Benachrichtigungen, Backups, Bilduploads, Berichte, Aufsichtspläne, Prüfungsverteilung und Planungsvalidierungen betrafen.

What's new

Instructor staff type on the Solution screen

Admin- und Super-Admin-Benutzer sehen jetzt die Beschäftigungsart jedes Dozierenden als kompaktes Suffix auf dem Solution-Bildschirm.

Beschäftigungsarten wie (FT), (PT) und (PFT) erscheinen nun neben den Namen der Dozierenden für diese Rollen. Andere Rollen sehen weiterhin die Namen der Dozierenden ohne diese Detailangabe.

Student identity columns in exam reports

Bestimmte Prüfungsberichte enthalten jetzt Spalten mit Identitätsdaten der Studierenden und dem eingeschriebenen Programm am Anfang des Exports.

Die zugehörige Arbeitsmappe mit Studierendendaten enthält außerdem ein zweites Arbeitsblatt mit den zusätzlichen Spalten, während das ursprüngliche Arbeitsblatt für Abwärtskompatibilität unverändert bleibt.

Course and classroom codes in the Student Exam Counts report

Der Student Exam Counts-Bericht im detaillierten Solution-Export zeigt jetzt den Kurscode und den Klassenraumcode neben jedem Prüfungsdatum und jeder Prüfungszeit an.

Planer können die vollständige Prüfungsverteilung eines Studierenden in einer Datei prüfen, ohne zusätzliche Berichte zu öffnen. Bei Prüfungen mit mehreren Klassenräumen zeigt jede Studierendenzeile den dem Studierenden zugewiesenen Klassenraum. Bei Online-Prüfungen wird online statt eines Klassenraums angezeigt.

Classroom scope for the Head of Program role

Administratoren können nun einem Head of Program-Benutzer im Add User- und Edit User-Formular optional einen Campus-, Gebäude- und Klassenraum-Zuständigkeitsbereich zuweisen.

Wenn ein Geltungsbereich gesetzt ist, sieht und weist dieser Benutzer nur die abgegrenzten Klassenräume zu. Werden die Felder leer gelassen, bleibt das bisherige Verhalten bestehen, bei dem alle Klassenräume verfügbar sind.

Activity time-slot restriction for the Head of Program role

Eine neue Institutionseinstellung begrenzt Head of Program-Benutzer nun darauf, einen einzelnen Tag, aufeinanderfolgende Zeitfenster und eine Anzahl von Slots auszuwählen, die mit der Lecture Count der Aktivität übereinstimmt.

Die Einstellung ist standardmässig deaktiviert.

Instructor scheduling constraints in institution settings

Die Institutionseinstellungen enthalten jetzt Einschränkungen zur Einsatzplanung von Dozierenden für minimale Tage und minimale aufeinanderfolgende Slots.

Die Einstellungen enthalten erklärende Tooltips, die Administratoren helfen zu verstehen, wie die Beschränkungen funktionieren.

Fixed issues

Wir haben die folgenden Probleme behoben:

• Pages stuck in a loading state: Solutions, Users, and other affected pages now load correctly instead of remaining stuck. Tracking IDs: SCH-5105.
• False "process continues" error during term copy: Copying a term no longer fails with a message saying another cloning process is still running when none exists. Tracking IDs: SCH-4999.
• Backup restore failures: Restoring a backup now works as expected. Tracking IDs: SCH-4697.
• Invigilation schedules removed after saving settings: Saving invigilation settings no longer clears the invigilation schedules already assigned to an instructor. Tracking IDs: SCH-5023.
• Distribution retrieval in exam and course periods: The system now retrieves the distribution during exam and course periods without an error. Tracking IDs: SCH-5012.
• Institution name and logo in exam attendance outputs: Exam attendance outputs now show the full institution name, center-align the column data, and accept the institution logo upload. Tracking IDs: SCH-5027.
• Empty classroom field for online exams in the student report: The student report now shows online for online exams instead of leaving the classroom field empty. Tracking IDs: SCH-4985.
• Students missing from online exams: Students are now assigned to exams set to the online environment and appear correctly in the related reports. Tracking IDs: SCH-4972.
• Staff type missing from the invigilator timetable filter: The Filter by Instructors dropdown on the Invigilator Exam Timetable now shows each instructor's staff type for Admin and Super Admin users. Tracking IDs: SCH-5093.
• Classroom scope fields shown too early for the Head of Program role: Campus, building, and classroom responsibility fields no longer appear for Head of Program before they are supported. Tracking IDs: SCH-5132.
• Image upload validation and hint text: Campus image, campus map, and institution logo uploaders now enforce the supported formats and 5 MB size limit shown in the interface, and upload areas now display the supported formats and maximum file size. Tracking IDs: SCH-5008, SCH-4825.
• Full-time instructor conditions hidden: When Configure full-time instructor conditions is enabled, the minimum days and minimum consecutive slots values now appear correctly. Tracking IDs: SCH-4832.
• Wrong error messages on Settings > Definitions: The Definitions page now shows the specific message for each error instead of one generic message. Tracking IDs: SCH-4761.
• Course duration had no upper limit: Course duration hours are now capped so a single course cannot exceed the allowed maximum. Tracking IDs: SCH-4763.
• Definitions not sorted alphabetically: Items on Settings > Definitions are now sorted alphabetically. Tracking IDs: SCH-4724.
• Save button hidden when adding a definition: The save button is now visible without scrolling when adding a definition item. Tracking IDs: SCH-4742.
• Incorrect "Classroom" label in settings: The label now reads Classroom / Room. Tracking IDs: SCH-4743.
• Wrong page title in the header: The header now shows the actual page name instead of Home. Tracking IDs: SCH-4738.
• Missing download confirmation text on notifications: The report download prompt on the notifications page now shows its confirmation text. Tracking IDs: SCH-4808.
• Layout shift after deleting a notification: Deleting a notification no longer causes text to overlap the date column. Tracking IDs: SCH-4806.
• Missing version information field: The version information field now appears at the bottom of Settings > Definitions. Tracking IDs: SCH-4749.
• Incorrect delete confirmation warning: The delete action now shows the correct confirmation warning. Tracking IDs: SCH-4746.
• Public Modules not disabled with the venue module off: Turning off The venue and reservation module can be used now disables the related Public Modules options. Tracking IDs: SCH-4831.
• Missing Order column on the backup page: The Order column now appears in the backup table. Tracking IDs: SCH-4802.
• Backup page layout and character limit issues: The backup description now respects its 1,000-character limit, and the Save and Cancel buttons now follow the intended layout. Tracking IDs: SCH-4810.
• Email field shown on settings: The email field no longer appears on the settings page. Tracking IDs: SCH-4824.
• Horizontal scroll between pages: Navigating between pages no longer shows a horizontal scroll bar. Tracking IDs: SCH-4827.
• Clipped row action icons in data grids: Row action icons in data grids are no longer clipped in production builds. Tracking IDs: SCH-4990.
