In Release 14, we implemented the following updates to the Proctor SDK:

Improved error messaging for proctored exams using the SDK

Sometimes a learner tries to start a proctored test but is unable to do so for various reasons:

• There are no available proctors
• It's not time for the exam yet
• There are problems generating tokens in the LMS
• There are technical issues, such as the proctoring server being unavailable or other problems

The Proctor SDK now handles all these cases, and the learner receives a clear, easy-to-understand error message.
