Overview
In this release, we've added the following features:
- Safari support for the student web app
- Rooms load report
What's new
Safari support for the student web app
We've added support for the Proctor student web application on Safari, in addition to Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge. Safari supports all proctoring modes and configuration settings.
Safari has certain technical limitations that prevent full support for some features, such as blocking additional screens. To prevent these limitations from being used for cheating, Safari access is configured separately for each application. To enable Safari support for learners, please contact our service team.
Rooms load report
A new Rooms Load report is now available in the administrator interface. This report shows the average occupancy of proctoring rooms, segmented by hour, for a selected time period.

Please note the following limitations and characteristics of the load report:
- Load data is available only for sessions that took place after this update was deployed to your server.
- Room occupancy data is stored for 14 days from the session date.
- The maximum reporting period is 7 days.
- Load statistics are collected at fixed intervals (every 5 minutes), not continuously. As a result, very short sessions (for example, under 5 minutes) may not appear in the report. For larger numbers of sessions, the results remain accurate.
Fixes
We've fixed the following issues:
- Waiting time and onboarding time were calculated incorrectly when the proctor did not send any messages during the learner's waiting period.
- macOS users received an "Unable to upload file to storage" error when uploading files.
