Overview

In this release, we added the following features:

• Two-factor authentication for admin users
• English-K12 language support
• Learner enrollment in course term
• Clearer Excel upload status guidance

What's new

Two-factor authentication for admin users

Schedule now adds an extra sign-in step for admin users.

After entering their login details, admin users receive an 8-character verification code by email. The code must be entered within 3 minutes. Superadmin users can control this setting in the system configuration.

English-K12 language support

Schedule now includes an English-K12 language option.

This option gives K12 institutions terminology that is more appropriate for their workflows. When a translation is not available in English-K12, Schedule uses the standard English version.

Learner enrollment in course term

Schedule now supports learner-course enrollment workflows in the course term area.

Users can upload learner-course enrollment data with validation, review learner counts that are calculated automatically, and search by Student Number or unique ID to view a learner's timetable. This helps keep course term planning aligned with actual enrollment data.

Clearer Excel upload status guidance

Excel uploads now provide clearer guidance for Status values.

When users enter an invalid value, Schedule now shows the accepted values more clearly. Empty Status fields also default to Active, which helps reduce upload errors across templates that include this field.

Fixed issues

We have addressed the following issues:

• Planning pages and course combination workflows: White screen errors have been fixed.
• Two-factor authentication emails: Verification email issues that blocked admin sign-in have been fixed.
• English-K12 sorting behavior: Sorting errors related to the English-K12 language option have been fixed.
• Calendar language after language changes: Calendar components now display the correct language more consistently.
• Filtering interactions: Filters no longer require a second click to respond.
• Creating panel users and adding instructors: False error messages have been fixed.
• Synchronization page layouts and English-K12 button layouts: Design inconsistencies have been fixed.
• Solution publishing: Errors that blocked published solutions from reaching the solution page have been fixed.
• Branch duplication fields: Users can now enter values correctly.
• Campus and building filters on definition pages: Filter issues have been fixed.
• Excel uploads for courses and status fields: Upload and validation issues have been fixed.
• Adding user responsibilities: UI responsiveness issues have been fixed.
