Overview

In this release, we improved platform stability and resolved issues across session replay, breakout rooms, and user interface behavior.

The changes include:

• AI Question Generator enabled by default
• Multiple fixes for replay, breakouts, and UI consistency

What's new

AI Question Generator enabled by default

The AI Question Generator is now enabled by default for all tenants. This feature allows instructors to quickly generate quiz questions using AI, reducing course preparation time. It has been automatically enabled for all existing tenants and is active by default for all new tenants.

Fixed issues

• Arabic language notification displays in English: Notifications now appear in the correct language when the interface is set to Arabic.
• Uploaded video cannot start without page refresh: Uploaded videos can now be played immediately without refreshing the page.
• Host name truncation in session list: Long host names are now properly truncated with ellipsis when the session state is “Not started yet.”
• Multi-answer questions display incorrectly in reports: Multi-answer questions now appear as a single grouped answer in reports.
• Autofill contact suggestions appear on mobile: Autofill suggestions no longer appear when creating sessions on mobile Safari.
• Question type labels incorrect in reports: Question types now display correctly in Survey and Question reports.
• Date validation missing for reports: Added validation to prevent generating reports for date ranges longer than one year.
• Participant switching enabled in self-enrollment breakouts: The option is now correctly disabled when breakouts are set to self-enrollment mode.
• Puppy activities continue playing in background: Activities are now paused when another activity is started.
• Course stuck in progress when user joins as instructor: Courses now complete correctly when a user joins a Groups activity as an instructor.
• Drawings persist when rewinding replay: Drawings now disappear correctly when rewinding to a time before they were created.
• Generate button hidden in reports sidebar: Added scrolling to keep the Generate button accessible.
• Admin cannot control flow in breakout rooms: Administrators and instructors can now view and control the flow in breakout rooms.
• Word Cloud answer colors and positions differ between users: Answers now display consistently for all participants.
• Volume control reversed in Arabic: The volume slider now behaves correctly in Arabic.
• Reset button doesn't work in Questions filters: The Reset button now clears both filters and search results.
• Cannot skip breakouts in replay: Breakout segments can now be skipped with an auto-skip countdown.
• Random assignment not applied after breakout edit: Learners are now reassigned correctly when switching to random assignment mode.
• Session duration counted incorrectly with preparation time: Duration now reflects actual session time, with preparation time handled correctly.
• Scrollbars not visible in session lists: Scrollbars are now visible in participant lists and other scrollable areas.
• Chat messages missing from replay: Messages sent before session start now appear in replays.
• Flow not visible with long name in Learn: Activity names up to 100 characters now display correctly.
• Incorrect deletion count in Questions: Confirmation messages now show the correct number of selected questions.
• Group count not intuitive in chat: Horizontal scrolling is now more visible when many groups are present.
• Replay stuck in loading spinner: Replays now load correctly after being reopened.
• Cannot allow banned participants during breakouts: Banned users are now visible and can be unbanned during breakouts.
• Participant list closes when joining breakout from main: The sidebar now remains open during navigation.
• Word Cloud answers not visible in Safari: Answers now display correctly in Safari.
• Chat messages disappear after page refresh: Messages now persist after refresh.
• PDF pages not changing for some users: PDF page changes are now synchronized across participants.
• Cannot check pages in Flow mode: Added page navigation controls for PDFs in Flow editor mode.
• Incorrect notification in breakout groups: Notifications now appear only in the relevant room.
• Breakouts stop responding after rapid start/stop: Improved stability when repeatedly starting and stopping breakouts.
• Breakouts not responding after multiple restarts: Additional stability improvements for repeated breakout usage.
• Camera and mic states not synced after rejoining rooms: Device states now remain synchronized when switching rooms.
• Error message shown as key in Arabic: Messages now display as readable text instead of translation keys.
• Timezone field empty in session creation: The timezone is now populated by default.
• UI broken in Arabic language: Fixed layout issues in Arabic interface.
• Background effect notification cannot be closed: Users must now select an option before dismissing the notification.
• PDF content unreadable in replay: Added zoom controls to improve readability.
• Error message shown as key format: API errors now display as readable messages instead of keys.
