Constructor Tech has entered a definitive agreement for the acquisition of VRLab Academy to bring virtual STEM labs into every digital classroom

Istanbul, Türkiye, October 16 — Constructor Tech has entered into a definitive agreement for the acquisition of VRLab Academy, a Türkiye-born pioneer in immersive virtual reality (VR) science labs used by schools and early university institutions in more than 40 countries.

As part of the partnership, VRLab Academy will power the expansion of Constructor Practice into science education, enhancing its platform that delivers interactive and scalable training, making learning hands-on, repeatable, and accessible anywhere.

VRLab Academy already enables students to conduct realistic and repeatable science experiments anytime and anywhere. This makes it a natural fit for Constructor Practice, which until now was focused mainly on coding, software, and IT training. Together, they expand hands-on learning into a broader range of STEM fields, allowing schools and universities to provide practical experience without the expense of physical equipment.

The partnership also brings VRLab Academy access to Constructor Tech’s global network and advanced technologies in AI, neuroscience, and meta presence. This integration will enrich learning environments, give existing clients new tools, and accelerate digital transformation across science, research, and education.

VRLab Academy offers more than 240 interactive science experiments across disciplines including Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Physiology, Medical Biochemistry, Microbiology, and more, aligned with international curricula including IB, AP, and GCSE. Students can access these experiments on PCs, tablets, laptops, or leading VR headsets such as Meta and Pico. The platform also provides ready-to-use lessons, automated assessments, and LMS integration, giving teachers tools to track progress and guide students through the scientific method. By becoming part of Constructor Tech, VRLab Academy will leverage a stronger global presence to grow further across the United States, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
