Viktor joined Constructor TECH as a Frontend Intern in July 2024, drawn by the company’s innovative projects and the opportunity to work alongside a highly skilled team. “I deeply admire the industry and the technological innovations it contributes to,” he shared. His expectations were initially modest—observing, learning, and assisting with smaller tasks. However, what he experienced far exceeded those expectations.

Rather than limiting him to minor tasks, Constructor Tech encouraged Viktor to take on real challenges. “I was pleasantly surprised to be actively involved in meaningful projects”, he explained. Through hands-on learning, he not only improved his technical skills but also gained valuable soft skills, including communication and collaboration. Under the guidance of his mentor, Viktor learned the importance of persistence and asking questions. His dedication to understanding complex problems and breaking them down into manageable parts allowed him to adapt quickly and contribute effectively.
After three months of invaluable learning, Viktor transitioned to a full-time role in October 2024, reporting to Frontend Lead, Vitaly Panteleev. He credits his success to the supportive work environment and the trust Constructor Tech placed in him. “The projects I worked on aligned with my career goals, and the company’s vision resonated deeply with me”. His new role excites him with the promise of tackling more diverse projects, expanding his expertise in frontend development, and continuing to learn from experienced colleagues.
One of the key factors in Viktor’s successful transition from intern to full-time engineer was the mentorship culture at Constructor Tech. Under the guidance of experienced developers like his team lead, Vitaly Panteleev, Viktor had access to structured learning, real-world projects, and a supportive environment that encouraged continuous improvement. This mentorship not only helped him build technical expertise but also instilled problem-solving strategies that will benefit him throughout his career.
