The platform demonstrated robust performance even during high-intensity exam periods. While some participants encountered device-related issues, the combined support teams from Infinity and Constructor Proctor responded promptly to resolve problems, ensuring a smooth user experience. SEGEM praised the rapid and effective customer support, noting that all requests submitted through Infinity were addressed quickly.
