About the event
The first digital IB Diploma exams were completed in May 2026. From November 2026, digital exams open to every IB World School that chooses them. Shape your school’s roadmap together with Türkiye’s IB community.
In Türkiye the picture is even denser: the Ministry of National Education’s AI in Education Policy and Action Plan (2025-2029) is in force, and the Maarif Model is being rolled out in stages. IB schools manage both agendas (and the workload of a dual curriculum) at the same time.
The half-day program (09:00-13:30) is built around two keynote talks, classroom experiences from schools in Türkiye, and a hands-on laboratory masterclass.

Who can attend?
Leaders, PYP/MYP/DP coordinators, academic and education-technology leaders, and educators from IB World Schools in Türkiye. Candidate IB schools are welcome too.
Is there a fee to attend?
No. Attendance is free; just fill in the form to reserve your spot. Capacity is limited.
What happens after I register?
After you register, we send a confirmation email with the program and venue details. Places are allocated in order of registration.
What language will the event be in?
Sessions are mainly in Turkish; the main keynote and closing reflections (Pascal Ashkar) will be in English. Simultaneous interpretation is being considered.
Will I get a certificate of attendance?
Yes. Certificates of attendance are presented at the end of the program.
