Delivering more flexible replay workflows, session transcriptions, and stronger visibility controls
Constructor Groups continues to evolve as a platform for collaborative sessions, teaching, and real-time communication.
This release introduces automated session summary emails and synchronized replay transcriptions, helping teams review discussions more easily, revisit decisions, and improve session follow-up across organizations.
Automated session summary emails
Summaries are generated from session transcripts and include:
- discussion recaps
- topic breakdowns
next steps and follow-up items
Institutions can configure default behavior at the tenant level, while moderators can manage settings for individual sessions.
Session transcriptions in replay
Replay recordings now include synchronized transcriptions directly within the replay interface.
New capabilities include:
- timestamped transcriptions
- synchronized follow-along view
.VTT transcription export
This supports easier session review, clearer documentation, and improved knowledge sharing across teams.
More control over transcription visibility
Administrators can now manage transcription visibility through:
- tenant-level defaults
- policy enforcement settings
- session-level controls
This helps institutions align replay access with internal privacy requirements and session policies.
Improved replay and recording reliability
This release also includes reliability improvements across replay, recording, and device handling workflows.

Expanded Unicode support for room names
Room slugs now support all Unicode scripts, including:
- Arabic
- Chinese
- Japanese
- Korean
- Hebrew
- Hindi
