What’s new for parents?

Password storage Issue resolved

Dear parents, we have addressed a critical issue that may have impacted your ability to log in. During testing, we discovered a bug where children’s passwords were not being stored in our database after registration. This issue particularly affected families trying to log into our applications following recent updates to Coach. While our support team manually assisted affected users, we are happy to share that this issue is now fully resolved. Newly registered parents can now log in without any problems.

Subscription cancellation & feedback form in Coach for parents

We’ve made it easier for parents to cancel their subscriptions while also giving them a voice in shaping our applications. Now, when a parent chooses to cancel, they can fill out a feedback form to share their reasons for leaving. Additionally, they’ll have the option to book a call with our product team to provide further insights—not just about their cancellation but also about their overall experience with our applications.

What’s new for parents and teachers?

Improved license tracking in Coach

We've introduced a new way for teachers and parents to track learner licenses in Coach, making the process more transparent and efficient. Previously, learners without assigned licenses were not displayed on the Learning Board, which could cause confusion. Now, if a teacher or parent creates a learner profile but hasn't assigned a license, a "No License" tag will appear next to the learner’s name. This ensures that learners are clearly identified and can receive their licenses without being overlooked.
