Major update designed to make life easier for teachers and schools!
With our brand-new online store, purchasing and managing licenses for our learning applications has never been more seamless. This update solves multiple business challenges by enabling.
What’s new?
Automatic license renewals
Managing license renewals has never been easier! Our subscription management system now automates annual renewals, ensuring schools never lose access to their applications.
Transparent license tracking
- Teacher admins always have full visibility of license durations and expiration dates.
- 45 days before renewal, a reminder email is sent.
- On the renewal date, an invoice is automatically generated, with 30 days to complete payment.
Online license purchases
Schools can now purchase licenses for Grafari, Calcularis, Orthograph, and Writing Lab directly through the Subscription & Billing page in Coach. Flexible Subscription Plans: Our four learning applications are available in three bundled packages:
- Literacy Package: Includes Grafari, Orthograph
- Math Package: Includes Calcularis.
- Combo Package: Includes both Literacy and Math
Easy subscription management
Teacher admins can now manage school subscriptions effortlessly through the Subscription & Billing portal in Coach. They can:
- Increase or reduce the number of licenses within their current plan.
- Purchase additional subscription plans.
- Cancel licenses directly via the self-service portal.
- Assign licenses to students in Coach’s User Management section.
- Monitor license usage and check for any unassigned licenses.
Free trials for Schools
Schools can now start a 30-day free trial by simply creating a free teacher and school account via the Start Free Trial link.
With full access to all applications, teachers can:
- Add learners and assign licenses.
- Create groups and add learners.
- Invite teacher colleagues to their institution.
- Manage and track licenses.
- Monitor learner progress with insights into training sessions, history, and learning analysis (including detailed reports in Calcularis).
- Adjust learning settings as needed.
For learners: The free trial provides identical access and experience as a paid subscription—so students can fully engage with their learning journey.
