Overview

In this release, we restored core system functionality and improved content handling, user experience, and interface consistency across the platform. These updates resolve issues affecting search operations and announcement creation, and ensure reliable handling and validation of LTI activity inputs.

Fixes

We've made the following fixes:

Search functionality

• Fixed an issue in the V3 ALMS system where the User Search and Course Search functions were not responding. Search now works correctly and returns results based on the entered criteria.

Announcements

Fixed an issue where duplicate course names were displayed on the announcement creation page for instructors assigned to a single class. Course selection now lists each course only once.

LTI activities

• Fixed an issue where LTI activities could not be created when the description field contained long text copied from Microsoft Word. The system now handles formatted content correctly, including hidden characters and styles, allowing activity creation.
• Fixed an issue where users could continue typing beyond the character limit in the description field, resulting in an error. The system now enforces the character limit and prevents additional input.
