Overview

In this release, we improved administrative controls, session interactivity, and the overall user experience.

Document rotation: You can now rotate uploaded documents, such as PDFs and images, in the whiteboard interface.
Bulk report downloading: A new feature now lets you download reports for multiple sessions at once.

We’ve made the following improvements:

Session replay controls: The replay player now supports playback speed changes and 30-second forward and backward seeking through buttons and keyboard shortcuts.
User management:
- Administrators can now choose whether a password is required when creating new users.
- The process for creating users through Excel import has been improved.
File management: Searches in the files module now include files stored inside folders.
UI and UX:
- Line drawing on the whiteboard is now smoother.
- The session detail page has been updated for a cleaner look.
- The active language is now prioritized correctly in the language selection dropdown.
Security: reCAPTCHA options are now available on the login and external participant forms.

We’ve made the following fixes:

Session management:
- Fixed an issue that prevented external participants from registering for a session after it had ended.
- Fixed an issue where session information disappeared when users switched between tabs during session creation.
User login and registration:
- Fixed an issue where a new user's password had to be different from an old password even on first login.
- Fixed an issue that prevented users from registering with the same email address through the registration form.
Whiteboard: Fixed an issue where the selected pen color and thickness did not persist after the pen tool was selected again.
Reporting: Fixed an issue where the participation report did not display the group name for non-participating users.
