Overview

In this release, we improved user management, reporting, session replay behavior, and localization across the platform.

Filter sessions by video: A new filter is now available in the session list to show only sessions that include a video recording.

We’ve made the following improvements:

User management:
- The success message shown after adding users through Excel now appears in the currently selected language.
- You can now choose to send an email to users when they are added through Excel import.
Session management: The file list is now available as a separate tab in the session options.
Session replay:
- Session replays now play the MP4 version by default when it is available, and otherwise fall back to WEBM.
- Camera and microphone permission prompts have been removed from session replays.
Email templates: The @PASSWORD variable in the User Created email template is now a clickable link.

We’ve made the following fixes:

Reporting:
- Fixed an issue where instructors could see all sessions in the date-based detailed report instead of only their own.
- Fixed an issue where the session name in reports did not update after the session was renamed.
Localization:
- Fixed an issue where warning messages for expired accounts or disabled web access appeared in two different languages.
- Fixed an issue where the system language incorrectly reverted to English after a page refresh.
- Fixed an issue on mobile where the logo was not clickable to return to the homepage.
Mobile experience:
- Fixed an issue that caused the floating camera and microphone to close unexpectedly on mobile.
- Fixed an issue where button text overflowed on mobile devices.
File uploads: Fixed an issue that prevented MP3 files from being uploaded.
Search fields: Fixed an issue where backslashes (\\) in search fields caused an error.
Open-ended questions: Fixed an issue that allowed open-ended questions to be answered using only space characters.
