Overview

In this release, we introduced flow editing in the Groups Library, added live thumbnails for flow items, and improved integration workflows for xAPI, IDP, and Learn customers.

We added the following features:

• Flow editing in the Groups Library
• Live thumbnails for flow items

What's new

Flow editing in the Groups Library

Users with flow editing permissions can now edit flows from Groups > Library > Flows. In the flow editor, they can add, edit, and delete supported activities and custom apps without leaving the Groups Library.

Live thumbnails for flow items

Flow items now show live thumbnails for supported activity types, including whiteboards, PDFs, uploaded videos, screen shares, second cameras, and embedded video poster images. Thumbnails refresh during the session, which makes it easier to identify and switch between active materials.

Fixed issues

We fixed the following issues:

• xAPI and IDP session entry points: Integration customers can now use a single xAPI entry point to retrieve join URLs for live sessions and replays for IDP-authenticated users. Tracking IDs: GRO-2936
• Learn attendee and report mapping: Attendee and report data now includes Constructor user IDs, improving consistency for Learn integrations. Tracking IDs: GRO-4663
• Learn attendee management: Learn integrations can now add, update, and remove session attendees by Constructor user ID through application-token IAPI workflows. Tracking IDs: GRO-4599, GRO-4428
