Overview

In this release, we introduced bulk recording downloads and improved replay, recording, whiteboard, login, and session media reliability.

We added the following feature:

Bulk recording downloads

Admins and instructors can now download multiple session recordings from the Session List. When a single converted recording is selected, the download starts immediately. When multiple recordings or unprocessed recordings are selected, the system prepares the files in the background and sends an email with a download link.

• Replay MP4 screen-share quality: Improved screen-share quality in downloaded MP4 recordings and replays. Tracking IDs: GRO-4274
