Overview

In this release, we improved platform stability and usability with targeted fixes. We resolved issues related to PDF caching and improved document handling with the introduction of progressive PDF loading. We also fixed key issues affecting session replays, session settings, screen sharing on macOS, and sessions created via Excel import, and improved the overall user experience on the website.

What's new

About us page

We've added a new About Us page to the website to provide information about the team and mission.

Progressive PDF loading

Documents now load page by page, allowing users to start viewing them much faster without waiting for the entire file to download.

Fixes

We’ve made the following fixes:

• PDFs: Fixed a caching issue that prevented documents from updating correctly.
• Session replays: Fixed an issue where replay files could not be found and corrected a bug that caused videos to rewind to the beginning when a camera was opened during a session replay.
• macOS: Fixed an issue that prevented screen sharing on macOS devices.
• Chat: Fixed an issue where YouTube links in chat messages did not work and corrected misleading activity deletion messages.
• Reports: Fixed a scrolling issue on the session report page.
• LTI: Fixed an issue where server-side messages were sent in the wrong language.
• Payments: Fixed a visual issue on the payment screen.
• Session management: Fixed an issue where the "Save Session" setting could not be changed after a session had already ended and an issue that prevented sessions added via an Excel file from being edited later.
