Overview

In this release, we added the following features:

• Attendance checks in recordings
• File upload and viewing improvements

What's new

Attendance checks in recordings

Attendance checks are now included in session recordings. Prompts follow the recording timeline, pause and resume with playback, and are skipped automatically when the viewer has already answered them.

File upload and viewing improvements

The Document Sharing file module now has a redesigned upload panel and improved file viewing. Image files can be zoomed, panned, and fitted to the screen, while PDF viewing includes improved page synchronization behavior.

Blackboard LTI 1.3 dynamic registration

Blackboard administrators can now install the Groups LTI 1.3 integration using dynamic registration. The integration supports the standard create, join, and report workflows for Blackboard courses.

xAPI room endpoint improvements

Cloud integrations using xAPI room creation endpoints now have clearer alignment between supported endpoint behavior and integration documentation.

The Groups interface is now available in German and Italian.

Fixed issues

We fixed the following issue:

• Time format for IDP users: The time format for users who join through IDP authentication now follows the system default setting. Personal time-format preferences continue to be applied for users who have set them. Tracking IDs: GRO-3369, GRO-2686
