Overview

In this release, we improved the user interface, session management, and reporting. We also updated the PDF viewer and fixed issues affecting mobile usability, chat, file uploads, and overall session reliability.

What's new

• Invite by link: A new Invite option is now available in sessions, which lets you copy an invitation link.
• Updated PDF viewer: The PDF viewer has been upgraded for better performance and stability.

Improvements and fixes

Improvements

We’ve made the following improvements:

• Mobile UI: The layout now works better on phones with a notch, and the main content layout on mobile has been improved.
• Session replay: Session replays now remember the last playback position for each user on a specific device.
• File management: File search and listing in the panel have been improved.
• Reporting: Microphone and replay durations are now reflected correctly in reports.

Fixes

We’ve made the following fixes:

• Camera visibility: Fixed an issue that caused cameras to disappear during a session.
• Video controls: Fixed an issue that made it difficult to start and stop video.
• LTI session creation: Fixed an issue where sessions could not be created through LTI.
• Live session tab title: Fixed an issue where the browser tab title did not update to the session name during a live session.
• Chat scrollbar: Fixed an issue that caused the scrollbar in the chat area to break.
• File uploads with periods in file names: Resolved an error when uploading files with a period (.) in the file name.
• XAPI file uploads: Fixed an XAPI issue affecting file uploads.
• Account not found error: Fixed an Account not found error.
• Question polls in session replays: Fixed an issue where question polls did not appear in session replays.
• Secure links for special characters: Fixed secure link generation for files with special characters.
