Overview

In this release, we improved streaming stability, camera and microphone handling, and video conference mode reliability. We also fixed issues affecting user management, reporting, session replays, and permissions.

Improvements and fixes

Improvements

We’ve made the following improvements:

• Streaming stability:
  • Improved automatic stream reconnection after network interruptions.
  • Improved the stability of video conference mode.
  • Users now receive a notification when an administrator closes their stream.
• Dynamic bandwidth adjustment: The platform can now adjust bandwidth usage dynamically for a smoother experience.
• Video conference layout: The layout in video conference mode has been improved, including transitions from mobile to desktop views.

Fixes

We’ve made the following fixes:

• User management:
  • Fixed an issue that prevented participants from being assigned to groups.
  • Fixed an issue where creating a new user with the same email address as a deleted user caused group assignment problems.
• Reporting: Fixed an issue where deleted users did not appear in reports.
• Raise hand: Fixed an issue affecting the Raise hand feature.
• iPad and iOS 13: Fixed an issue that affected users on iPad devices running iOS 13.
• Session replay: Fixed several issues to improve the reliability of session replays.
• UI and UX:
  • Fixed an issue where floating video on mobile devices did not behave correctly.
  • Fixed an issue with pinning messages in chat.
  • Fixed an issue where PDF documents did not open.
• Permissions: Administrators can now join all sessions correctly.
