Overview

In this release, we introduced Flow Mode and improved user experience, integrations, and platform stability. The update also includes a redesigned user interface, drag-and-drop breakout rooms, and multiple fixes across core features.

What's new

• Flow mode: Added the ability to prepare and organize session activities and materials (documents, questions, videos, icebreakers) into a sequential flow before the session.
• Drag-and-drop breakout rooms: Added support for managing participants by dragging and dropping them between breakout rooms.
• Google Docs and video sharing: Added the ability to share Google Docs in the content area and upload videos from the quick flow menu during a session.
• Bulk file management: Added checkboxes to the file list to allow selecting and managing multiple files.
• New integrations and custom applications: Added support for new integrations and enabled management of custom applications within sessions.
• Timer for flow items: Added a countdown timer for activities in the session flow.

Improvements and fixes

Improvements

We’ve made the following improvements:

• User interface: Redesigned participant lists, camera previews, chat modules, file lists, session invitation screens, and the session lobby.
• Performance: Reduced the time required to connect to a session.
• Video uploads: Updated size limits for videos uploaded during a session.
• Error messaging: Improved error messages for file uploads and input fields.
• Mobile experience: Improved the mobile user interface for feedback buttons and session sharing.
• Branding: Centered the logo in custom headers.

Fixes

We’ve made the following fixes:

• Connectivity and streams: Fixed issues with camera and microphone reconnection, device switching, and audio-video synchronization.
• Session replays: Fixed issues with missing users, video rewinding, incorrect chat display, and missing screen share controls.
• File management: Fixed issues with file uploads, long filenames, and file deletion. The file list page now displays correctly.
• iOS devices: Fixed display and interaction issues related to the whiteboard, PDF sizing, and video playback.
• Chat: Fixed issues with private messages, notification counts, and avatar display for external users.
• Question module: Fixed issues with question sharing on mobile, scrolling, and results display.
• Breakout rooms: Fixed issues with user controls and drag-and-drop functionality.
• Login and authentication: Fixed issues with “remember me”, social logins, and LTI user controls.
• General: Fixed issues related to console errors, layout shifts, translations, and overall stability.
