Correction rules

Model Owners can now create rules that guide how their Model answers specific kinds of questions.

Each rule includes a user intent summary and a guideline summary. Active rules have higher priority than RAG and other Model data sources. Rules apply to new chats only, so existing answers in earlier chats do not change.

You can create rules from Settings → Rules or directly from a feedback thread in Analytics → Feedback by selecting + New rule.

The built-in Rule sandbox lets you test a rule with sample questions before turning it on. Each rule also includes an In use toggle, so you can pause it without deleting it.
