In this release, we added the following features:

• Constructor University CampusNet integration
• Exam planning table improvements
• Year and term information in program fetch

What's new

Constructor University CampusNet integration

Schedule now includes a new integration connector for Constructor University's CampusNet student information system.

The connector supports automated data synchronization for courses with multiple groups, multiple instructors, and complex learner registration lists. It also processes incoming data to correct incomplete fields and generate missing structural data, such as default groups or proxy instructors. This reduces manual data entry and supports more reliable scheduling workflows for Constructor University.

Exam planning table improvements

The exam planning module now includes updated table layouts and a new compact view.

The compact view splits the screen into a course list on the left and a calendar and time grid on the right, which makes it easier to review and assign exam schedules. The layout follows the same pattern already available in the course period module.

Year and term information in program fetch

The program data fetch area now includes required year and term fields, matching the instructor, course, and exam synchronization areas.

Users must select both year and term before fetching program data, which helps prevent incomplete imports and improves consistency across synchronization workflows.

Fixed issues

We have addressed the following issues:

• Final exam schedule course handling: Courses can now be found and deleted correctly after users complete an online exam solution.
• Exam hours and classrooms course count: The course count in the exam hours and classrooms area no longer changes randomly on page refresh.
• Exam combination field display: Faculty, department, and program information now appears automatically in exam combination fields.
• Combining exams with multiple instructors: Exams can now be combined correctly when courses have multiple instructors assigned.
• Instructor constraint entries on paginated planning pages: Instructor constraint entries no longer appear blank until the page is refreshed.
• Long instructor names in the course scheduling modal: Long instructor names no longer overlap the learner count in the course scheduling modal.
• Exam date reselection: Deleting and re-selecting exam dates no longer makes classrooms and instructors inaccessible.
• Grade value 0 in the planning list: Grade value 0 now appears correctly instead of a dash.
• Enrolled Faculty filter on the Planning Students page: The Enrolled Faculty filter now works correctly on the Planning Students page during both exam and course periods.
• Instructor supervision campus display: The instructor supervision campus field now shows the default campus assignment instead of appearing empty.
• Bulk data change dropdown: The bulk data change dropdown now opens correctly for exam period courses.
• Dashboard panel data display: The dashboard panel page now displays data correctly in both live and test environments.
• Batch Change Exam Dates data retrieval: Batch Change Exam Dates now retrieves data correctly for terms copied from other terms.
• Bulk Change Activities during the course period: Bulk Change Activities now works correctly during the course period.
• Exam duration validation in Excel upload: Excel upload validation now includes the classroom evacuation time from the control panel settings.
