Overview

In this release, we added the following features:

• Program Head interface restrictions
• Instructor cellphone privacy controls
• Unified instructor schedule report
• Extended report downloads for Panel Users

What's new

Program Head interface restrictions

Schedule now limits more system-level actions for Program Head users.

On the Instructors page under Term Definitions, Schedule now hides system-level actions such as List Sync Jobs, Download Synchronization Report, and Download. This keeps the interface focused on the tasks Program Head users need most.

Instructor cellphone privacy controls

Schedule now restricts how instructor cellphone numbers are shown in the interface.

Cellphone numbers are available during the initial Add Instructor process, but after saving they are hidden from list views, update screens, and export reports for roles that should not continue to see them. This helps protect personal data while still allowing the information to be collected when needed.

Unified instructor schedule report

Schedule now combines instructor exam schedules and invigilation duties in one Excel report.

This report helps administrative staff review teaching and invigilation assignments in one place instead of checking separate exports.

Extended report downloads for Panel Users

Panel Users can now download more reporting data from the solution area.

This includes detailed solution reports and instructor lists in Excel format, giving Panel Users access to the planning data they need for their work.

Fixed issues

We have addressed the following issues:

• Detailed solution reports and instructor lists for panel roles: Download issues have been fixed.
• Creating users with the panel role: Validation errors that blocked user creation have been fixed.
• Forgot password emails: The email header now shows the correct product name.
• Backup notifications: Backup operations no longer remain incorrectly marked as in progress.
• Course Excel uploads in exam term: Empty warnings shown despite valid instructor codes have been fixed.
• User creation fields for instructor, panel, and staff roles: Field visibility issues have been fixed.
• Course Opened ID in course Excel uploads: This field is no longer required.
• Program filtering by education type in term definitions: Filtering issues have been fixed.
• Learner counts on the solution page for courses with multiple sessions: Count display discrepancies have been fixed.
• Changing exam room assignments: The classroom selection interface now appears correctly.
• SSO login for Topkapi University: Redirect URL errors have been fixed.
