Overview

In this release, we added the following features:

• Localized Excel upload templates
• Automatic classroom availability settings
• Campus-classroom consistency validation
• Course ID editing in section management

What's new

Localized Excel upload templates

Schedule now includes redesigned Excel upload templates with bilingual support.

The updated templates use clearer column headers, validation rules, example rows, and more helpful guidance in Turkish and English. This helps reduce data entry errors and makes uploads easier to prepare.

Automatic classroom availability settings

New classrooms now receive default availability settings automatically.

This reduces the amount of manual setup required when adding rooms and helps institutions start using new classrooms more quickly.

Campus-classroom consistency validation

Schedule now validates campus and classroom combinations more strictly.

When users change classroom assignments, Schedule checks that the classroom matches the correct campus and prevents inconsistent combinations that could create scheduling conflicts.

Course ID editing in section management

The section management area now supports direct editing of Course ID values.

This update includes validation for duplicate values and format issues, helping users update course identifiers more confidently.

Fixed issues

We have addressed the following issues:

• Excel imports during long-running uploads: Memory leak issues have been fixed.
• Template downloads with non-ASCII file names: Download failures have been fixed.
• Classroom capacity calculations for combined rooms: Capacity values now calculate correctly.
• Large file uploads: Session timeout issues have been fixed.
• Importing courses with special characters in IDs: Data corruption issues have been fixed.
