Overview

In this release, we added the following features:

• Editable course and section identifiers in planning
• Excel upload progress tracking
• Improved student distribution for exam rooms
• Exam reports with classroom combine details

What's new

Editable course and section identifiers in planning

Schedule now lets users edit course and section identifiers directly in planning.

Users can update Course Opened ID and Section ID fields in the planning workflow without re-uploading course files. This makes small updates faster and reduces repetitive file preparation.

Excel upload progress tracking

Schedule now shows more detailed Excel upload progress in notifications.

Users can follow upload progress more clearly and see when processing is still running or has finished. This makes upload activity easier to track and helps users spot issues sooner.

Improved student distribution for exam rooms

Schedule now distributes learners across exam rooms more efficiently.

The updated room assignment logic improves how learners are allocated based on room capacity and related constraints, which helps create more balanced exam room assignments.

Exam reports with classroom combine details

Exam reports now include more information about combined classrooms.

Reports can now show combined classroom arrangements and their total capacity more clearly, which helps coordinators review exam setup details.

Fixed issues

We have addressed the following issues:

• Saving Course Opened ID values: Validation issues affecting some formats have been fixed.
• Upload notifications during busy periods: Delivery delays have been fixed.
• Learner counts in exam room assignments: Count discrepancies have been fixed.
• Exporting combined classroom data in reports: Report generation errors have been fixed.
• Course planning grid layout: Alignment issues have been fixed.
