Overview

In this release, we added the following features:

• Login audit feature
• Student synchronization field in course period
• Faster Excel uploads for exam term learners

What's new

Login audit feature

Schedule now includes a Login Audit area for tracking user login activity.

The audit log shows details such as login time, user information, IP address, session status, and session duration. This helps administrators monitor access more easily and supports institutions that need more detailed login records for security and compliance.

Student synchronization field in course period

The Student synchronization field is now available in the options area when a course period is selected.

This matches the functionality already available in exam terms and makes it easier to manage learner data synchronization from the course period workflow.

Faster Excel uploads for exam term learners

Schedule now processes Excel uploads for exam term learner data faster.

This reduces wait times for larger uploads and helps administrators complete learner import tasks more efficiently.

Fixed issues

We have addressed the following issues:

• Integration web service requests: Requests sent to the integration web service no longer return 500 errors.
• Copying exam terms: Missing courses are now transferred correctly when users copy exam terms.
• Calendar search results: Courses no longer appear multiple times when users search with faculty and program filters.
• Exam distribution: Unexpected errors during exam distribution have been fixed.
• Student Density Report download: The Student Density Report now downloads with data from Download Detailed Solution.
• Learner counts after Update Courses: Exam period learner counts no longer appear duplicated after users click Update Courses.
• Student synchronization in course period options: The Student synchronization field now appears correctly in course period options.
• Adding lessons during synchronization: Errors affecting lesson creation during synchronization have been fixed.
• Filter display: Filters now display correctly on affected pages.
• Enrolling learners registered for courses: Errors affecting learner enrollment for registered courses have been fixed.
• Students page white screen: The white screen error on the Students page has been fixed.
• Assignment status of classroom & Hours filter: The reported error in this filter has been fixed.
• Student matching in the program area: The reported program area error during student matching has been fixed.
