Fixes

We've fixed the following issues:

• Live proctoring room load balancing: Learners are now distributed more evenly across proctor rooms.

• Moodle score updates and leaving an exam: Manual score changes are now reflected in Moodle, and learners can use Stop halfway and leave to exit an exam session.
