Constructor Schedule: July 29, 2026

Overview

In this release, we added the following features:

• Schedule in Constructor Cloud
• Schedule interface in 35 languages

We also fixed issues affecting public schedule access, language coverage, Excel imports, planning validations, and Head of Program scope fields.

What's new

Schedule in Constructor Cloud

Schedule is now available from the Constructor Cloud left menu for organizations with Schedule enabled.

Users open the experience according to their permissions. Administrators and instructors open the Schedule panel, learners open the published-schedule page, and users without Schedule access see a clear no-access message instead of an error.

User accounts created in Constructor Cloud are now available in Schedule automatically, and the separate password screens were removed from the Schedule panel.

Schedule interface in 35 languages

The Schedule interface is now available in 35 languages.

More screens, warnings, templates, and notifications now follow the selected interface language, which reduces untranslated text when users work in languages other than Turkish or English.

Fixed issues

We have addressed the following issues:

• Public access to published schedules and events: Published course schedules, exam timetables, maps, and events can now be viewed without signing in. Tracking IDs: SCH-4653.
• Static Definitions in Arabic: The Static Definitions page now shows its data when the interface language is Arabic. Tracking IDs: SCH-5549.
• Dashboard loading in some languages: The Dashboard now opens when the selected language is neither Turkish nor English. Tracking IDs: SCH-5464.
• Excel template download language: Downloaded templates now fall back to English for all languages other than Turkish. Tracking IDs: SCH-5465.
• Notification language: In-app notifications now follow the user's selected interface language. Tracking IDs: SCH-5483.
• Readable warnings for exam duration settings: Deleting an exam duration that is in use, or switching to free-text entry, now shows a readable warning instead of a raw localization key. Tracking IDs: SCH-5252.
• Language filter on the Courses page: Filtering courses by language during a course term now returns the matching courses. Tracking IDs: SCH-4769.
• Blank Activity Type warning on import: Importing course data via Excel now shows a warning when the Activity Type column is left blank. Tracking IDs: SCH-4771.
• Date validation in the Copy Term panel: Copying an exam term now validates the date field, matching the behavior of course terms. Tracking IDs: SCH-4967.
• Lecture Count warnings in bulk operations: Bulk saves on the Course Hours and Classrooms page now show a clear validation message when the selected slots do not match the Lecture Count rules. Tracking IDs: SCH-5461.
• Head of Program scope values on Edit User: Saved campus, building, and classroom scope values for Head of Program users now appear when the Edit User screen is reopened. Tracking IDs: SCH-5462.
• Navigation for newly created users: Newly created instructor and admin users can now navigate within Schedule on Constructor Cloud after signing in. Tracking IDs: SCH-5695.
