Proctor collects only the minimum data each exam scenario requires, with clear consent from test-takers. Data is processed in line with GDPR and FERPA, protected under ISO 27001 practices, and hosted in the region you choose. A Data Processing Agreement is available for institutional customers.
Candidates follow a short guided setup: a system check, identity verification, and clear on-screen instructions. During the exam they can reach support through chat at any time. The experience is designed to feel calm and predictable, not surveilled.
