Since the launch mid-2024, Ivalua has reviewed over 800 certification exams using Constructor Proctor. The result: 12 confirmed violations were detected, leading to the revocation of past certifications and to restricting access for individuals who failed to comply with exam integrity rules.
The shift to Constructor Proctor led to measurable improvements in trainee behavior and adherence to rules.

Ivalua’s employees adapted well to the platform. Most users forget they are being recorded, which helps create a more natural exam experience. Constructor Proctor integrates into Ivalua’s existing systems through APIs, connecting directly with BizExaminer. The platform’s post-exam review capabilities meet compliance expectations, though Ivalua noted that the AI review system was only a help for review, and could not replace a trained proctor/reviewer.
